Make sure the cursor that shows while you are playing the game is the league of legends "gloved hand" cursor and not the default windows white cursor. If it IS the white cursor just Alt + Tab out and click back into the game and your cursor should stay within the bounds of the game screen and not move to your second monitor. Mouse cursor doesn't lock to the game (Dual monitor) I just bought a secondary monitor and when I do a fast flick to the right in the game, my cursor tend to move to the other monitor and if I click at the same time to fire, it forces my PC to switch window. But on my new computer (fresh, Windows 7 Profesionnal x64 installed less than a week ago) YoloMouse does not work with LoL but works well with Google Buy on Amazon. Sometimes works fine, sometimes makes my mouse speed go up a lot and sometimes just forces my cursor to move exactly opposite to where I'm trying to move it at a really high speed.
